Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Growduct ("we") for the use of Adreelo (https://adreelo.growduct.com). By creating an account or generating video you accept them.

The service

Adreelo is an AI tool for marketing videos — ads, product demos and the other videos a launch needs. You upload your product images, screenshots, recordings or references and a description; we plan and produce the video.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or business per account.

Your generations

You are responsible for the videos you generate and for how you use them. You confirm you own or are allowed to use the material you upload, and that your use of the output complies with the law and the rules of the platforms where you publish it. We may suspend accounts used to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.

Content you may not create

You may not use Adreelo to create, upload or publish:

• sexual, nude or other adult (NSFW) content;
• the face, body, voice, name or likeness of a real person — including celebrities, politicians and other public figures — without that person's permission;
• content that impersonates someone, suggests a person or brand endorses you when they do not, or is otherwise misleading (including “deepfakes”);
• content that is hateful, harassing, violent, or that exposes anyone's private or personal information;
• any content involving minors in a sexual or harmful way.

We do not review what you generate before it is made. What you upload, the prompts you write, the videos you generate and how you use them are entirely your responsibility, and you bear all consequences of them. Growduct is not responsible or liable for content created by users. We do not support or promote violating anyone's privacy, and we may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Accounts suspended or closed for breaking these rules are not refunded in any case, and any credits left on them are forfeited (see the Refund Policy). AI-generated output

Videos are produced by machine-learning models from your inputs. Similar inputs can give similar outputs to other users, and models can make mistakes. Review output before publishing. Where a platform or law requires disclosure of AI-generated content, that disclosure is your responsibility.

Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it; third-party model providers may fail or change. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical.

Refunds and disputes

See the Refund Policy. Contact us — most billing questions are resolved within 48 hours, as fast as possible.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You agree to compensate Growduct for any claim, loss or cost arising from content you create or publish with the service, including claims by people shown or referred to in it.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
