Privacy Policy

Growduct ("we") operates Adreelo at https://adreelo.growduct.com, an AI tool for marketing videos — ads, product demos and the other videos a launch needs — made from the product images, screenshots and descriptions you provide. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who processes it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address and profile photo from the sign-in provider you choose (Google or email/password).
• Generated output: the videos, storyboards and chat answers we produce for you.
• Purchase records: the credit pack bought, amount, currency, the order and transaction identifiers and the payer email the payment gateway reports. We never receive or store card numbers or bank details — the payment gateway handles and stores payment data under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To render the videos you request and show them in your workspace.
• To keep the credit ledger accurate, deliver purchases and handle refunds and disputes.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud and enforce the Terms.

Other people in your content

If your uploads, prompts or videos show or describe other people, you must have their permission to use their image, voice and personal details. We do not use your uploads to identify anyone, and we do not support or promote using the service to violate anyone's privacy. Responsibility for content that involves other people rests with the user who created it, not with Growduct. If you believe content made with Adreelo uses your image or personal information without permission, email supportadreelo@gmail.com and we will review it and remove it where it breaks our Terms.

Accounts suspended or closed for breaking these rules — such as violating someone's privacy or using a person's likeness without permission — are not refunded in any case, and any credits left on them are forfeited.

Children

The service is for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
